The End of Days

Well summer is almost done. It's that time of year when I must get around to fixing up courses and steeling myself for the next 9 months. Truth be told I'm actually looking forward to it.

It has been a good summer with three canoe trips so far and a lot of WoW, movies and just plain relaxing. I purchased a new movie camera this summer and have had a blast taking it on my canoe trips - aka survivorman style. You can check out my latest canoeing exploits on my 'Paddling with Bob' blog.

June is done - Happy Canada Day

Well the month of June is now over with and the summer of Bob proceeds to July. In June I was able to complete the Great Circular Great Lakes Road Trip as well as my first canoe trip. I have also been busy updating my new canoeing blog (see Paddlin With Bob to the right) with my latest exploits as well as some of those I can remember from the past.

Now it is back to Warcraft!

I'm Back

It has been many months since I have had the desire to get to my blog. What with school work and a drive to get my Warcraft character to level 80 it has been a busy 6 months. Recently though, as the weather warms, my thoughts have increasingly drifted towards canoeing. I received several books on canoeing routes for Christmas and have read each one with an ever increasing desire to get out on a lake. In response to these desires I have recently planned an 8 day trip in August through Algonquin park as well as several other smaller outings - see the following link to The Summer of Bob.

Since the weather, and my work, prohibit me from doing anything more than planning at this point, I've decided to begin the process of documenting my many canoeing journeys over the years. These can be found on a new Blog entitled - Paddling With Bob - see the link to the side. Over the next two months I hope to have documented all of my journeys - well all that I can remember.
